What is a brand?
The definition of a trademark is determined by article 1 of law 22,362,
“They can be registered as trademarks to distinguish products and services: one or more words with or without conceptual content; the drawings; the images; the color combinations applied in a specific place on the products or packaging; the wrappers; the packaging; combinations of letters and numbers; the letters and numbers for their special drawing; advertising phrases; reliefs with distinctive capacity and all other signs with such capacity.”

What is a domain name?
It is the name given to an Internet site with exclusive right of use for its owner.
The name can be composed by letters, numbers and symbols, and can have between 1 (one) and 50 (fifty) characters.
When you enter the web browsers through the domain name you access the Internet site.
Who can be the owner of a domain name?
Any human and legal person.
The human and juridical persons resident in our country must have fiscal code level
two.
How often do I have to renew the domain name?
It must be renewed annually.
Can a domain name be modified?
No, you cannot modify a domain name.
